The Role

As an AI Programs Analyst at Surge, you'll lead initiatives that directly impact our products and our customers. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to solve our most complex challenges.

This role is ideal for someone who is early on in their career and thrives in rapidly scaling, high-ambiguity environments. You should be able to seamlessly pivot between daily customer calls, detailed execution in operations and product, and strategic business development conversations.

What You’ll Do

• Establish and expand scalable systems, products, and processes to enhance customer support and value delivery, coordinating with engineering to implement necessary features.
• Drive execution of multiple simultaneous, cross-functional projects and/or programs.
• Effectively set timelines and manage teams to deadlines.
• Interface with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking for

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable with ambiguity — you can structure a problem, identify what needs to happen, and move without waiting to be told.
• Able to influence without authority and build alignment across teams with different priorities.
• Genuinely curious about AI and motivated to work close to the frontier — direct AI/ML experience is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with data pipelines or tools like SQL or Python is a plus but not required.
